Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Salesman to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and managing daily sales operations. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales activities within the assigned territory in Lahore.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote products and services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to ensure product availability and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesman or Senior Salesman in a similar industry (pharmaceutical, retail, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field (preferred).
- Must be based in Lahore.
